What a wonder

The month of a million visitors unsurprisingly turned into the month of the binge eat. I'm in need of a major detox before Rachel comes to visit and the whole cycle starts again. So I've stopped eating carbs (or my version which means no like bread bread-rice, pasta, sandwiches etc) and of course, BREAD is all I've been thinking about. If my thoughts could talk they would sound something like this:
"I really don't want to wake up for work"
"BREAD"
"Quick! Catch that train!"
"BREAD"
"Schedule a 2oclock meeting"
"BREAD"
breeeeaddddddddddddd. You get the idea. Then, an article came out today about the best mac and cheese in the city. BREADD.

I think I might have posted this one before probably because I want to make it soo bad! Goat cheese rounds? Just shut up.

God. Look at that. Kind of looks like the meal I ate at Frank with my mom. BREAD.

  1. You sound like how I sound with CHOCOLATE at the moment.

    But if you stick to wheat stuff , you don't have to eliminate all of that. Wheat and whole grain pasta is really good for you, and starting the day off with a bowl of cereal isn't so bad either. : )
